Returns Policy

Any faults or damage must be reported to us within 60 hours of taking delivery. The physical goods must be inspected not just the packaging.

It is considered by the couriers that this is sufficient time to have the goods in your possession and any claims thereafter can not be entertained and will sadly be rejected.

We cannot accept the return of goods left over from your installation.

Discontinued lines either for clearance or sourced specially cannot be returned.

Bespoke orders cannot be returned under any circumstances unless faulty.

Special orders are only returnable/cancellable at the supplier’s discretion and will incur a restocking charge.

Transportation costs both ways are bourne by the customer on perfect goods returned.

Goods ordered as “special” or “non-stock items” which are ordered in for you will be accepted as a return but a restocking charge in line with our costs will be applicable. In addition “ single box orders “ are non-returnable as suppliers to ourselves will not accept returns due to batch/shade matching issues and the box therefore has zero value

Under the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in relation to “distance selling”, returns can only be considered where the request has been made within 14 days of the customer receiving the goods. If the return is agreed, then the customer has a further 14 days to return the goods.
