Delivery is free on all orders over £349 (net of vat). Orders under £350 (net of vat ) will incur a small delivery charge according to weight.
Consequential losses cannot be considered due to late delivery and or human error.
Delivery is normally by APC transport however under certain circumstances another courier may be hired All tracking information will be supplied.
Standard delivery is between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday – Friday. by appointment
Saturday deliveries can be arranged at a subsidy of £40.
Standard delivery is only available to mainland Great Britain only.
Areas such as Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man etc will, unfortunately, incur a reasonable surcharge – Call for details.
Your goods will be delivered by a 3rd party courier. You MUST ensure the goods are in good condition prior to signing for them. Claims for faulty goods cannot be entertained once signed for as perfect. If you are in doubt and the driver has a digital signiture pad please write any concerns on a piece of paper and get the driver to sign it before you sign, if possible take the vechicle registration number. Your goods will be fully insured during transportation.
We normally deliver within 3-4 working days from recieving your verified order. You as the customer will always be kept informed of the delivery date and be furnished with all the tracking information.
Under certain circumstances where customers require the flooring sooner this is often possible. Please call for details
For bespoke products such as ” Amtico signature ” please allow 7-10 days for the flooring to be manufactured and delivered.
Value added tax is added to all advertised prices at the prevailing rate – currently 20 %. ( except under special circumstances such as newbuild etc )
When you order from our website, your credit / debit card numbers are dealt with our payment gateway. Your payment details are always held away from our website.
We will never disclose your details to any other 3rd party other than those employed to fulfill your order.
Any faults or damage should be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
We cannot accept the return of goods left over from your installation. Only full unopened packs suitable for re-sale can be returned.
Discontinued lines either for clearance or sourced specially cannot be returned
Perfect goods can be returned as a whole order only.
Transportation costs both ways are bourne by the customer on perfect goods returned.
Goods ordered in as a ” special ” or ” non stock item at our suppliers ” will be accepted as a return but a restocking charge inline with our costs is made.
We are a “supply only company” and as such are liabilities are complete once we deliver goods in perfect condition.
We do have a data base of flooring fitters and telephone numbers are passed on only as an enhancement to our
service. The fitters are self employed and as such any fitting that takes place is a seperate contract between you

Specials / Clearance items are non returnable.
We operate strictly within the terms of the LONG DISTANCE SELLING ACT .It is the customers responsibility to meet the carriage costs both ways and provided the goods are received unopened and in the same condition sent a full refund for the goods will be issued. Bespoke orders cannot be returned under any circumstances unless faulty.
