You may not remember but an order I had with Floorbay in July (#24017) needed some replacements sent out.

I’d meant to do this more promptly so sorry for the delay but I wanted to again say thank you for the service and communication I had from you over the flooring. Getting a quick reply and also the fast deliveries meant I could keep the fitter on the project and also that the plumber didn’t disappear off so the whole thing stayed on track.

Thanks for giving me Geoff Burger’s name as a recommended Amtico fitter.

Dear Mike – thanks for supplying the washed oak flooring, and particularly for the intro to Geoff Burger. We decided at short notice to replace our previous Amtico floor and luckily Geoff was able to do it at very short notice, with thanks to you for supplying the material so quickly too!

It is pretty much the same flooring in a wider plank, but Geoff did great work in smoothing out the subfloor and relaying the floor.

It looks so much better than our previous floor, so I have no hesitation in recommending him to others – plus a big thank you to Floorbay! We couldn’t have afforded it otherwise.

Thank you for arranging for Danny Wildes to fit our Amtico Spacia.  He has done an amazing job.

Three walls had been removed to create our kitchen.  Part of the floor was concrete, part wood, it sloped in different directions and in one area there was almost  a 3cm drop;  an absolute nightmare.  Danny arrived, surveyed the mess, assessed what needed to be done and returned three times to carefully prepare the base.  It was clearly important to him to get the best possible result.  Then he laid the Spacia.

When the floor was finished the three of us stood back in admiration at a stunningly beautiful floor, no wrinkles, no bumps, no ridges, just smooth and flowing.  Danny had worked a little miracle in our kitchen and we cannot thank or praise him enough for his care and skill.

I thought I would drop you this image with my comments on how the job went.

Ireen and I were a bit unsure about the colour but as the flooring was such a good price we went for it and we are very pleased with everything.

Kevin from Flooringways suggested that as it was a large area it would be better with a border and the flooring fitted at a 45° angle, this worked out tremendous. In total Kevin laid 40 sqm.

You will see from the images the flooring complements our new kitchen.

I must thank you for all the help you gave me and for recommending Kevin as a fitter this all worked out great.

Ireen and I are extremely happy and hope to have years of use out of our new flooring.

Just to let you know that we had four rooms fitted with Amtico this week.

We are very pleased with the materials, and with the quality of fitting by Adrian Dunn and his assistant, Andre, from Floorproject.

Both men were very pleasant and trustworthy, but in particular they worked with considerable skill.

Additionally, they were able to work around a problem when another contractor had to be engaged to treat a wall for dampmness.

I intend using Adrian again, and will recommend Amtico to my friends.
